We worked with Ivan and his team about 6 years ago, and after that great experience we recently had them gut another bathroom for us. I cannot say enough about their work and professionalism. They give an honest estimate quickly and are very clear and reasonable about any additional expenses that arise as the walls get opened and reality becomes more visible. They take one job at a time, so while we had to wait a while to get them into our house, particularly during the pandemic, it was well worth it. Ivan and Vicente showed up on time every day, kept our home in immaculate condition during the entirety of the project, and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
